Friendly staff and didn’t have to wait long on a Saturday morning walk in.
They charge you for an exam without actually doing one. And then don?t care to fix it. Paid 45 dollars for them to not actually do a check up. And then when we called and supposedly worked it out that was just a lie bc they were going to charge another 42 to get ear medication. That they decided to prescribe without looking at our dog.
I always have a good experience at Gardendale Pet Clinic. Been using them for almost 16 years Dr Thompson is the best. Great staff
The clinic was very busy but never felt rushed when it was our turn to be seen. Staff was so very friendly and the doctor was great with my Jackson! We will definitely be returning to this clinic. Worth the wait!
The vet is great But he needs some good help.
The vet was alright for just regular yearly shots. The staff is very unprofessional. I have 5 dogs and won’t take any of them there ever again.
