Excellent service
The staff is nice, but I was very disappointed with Dr. Hassler. I adopted a retriever that had a bad ear infection and took her in to see Dr. Hassler. After multiple visits and medication (totaling over $700), her condition was not improving. Watching her shake her head nonstop to deal with the discomfort, I tried to call back to find out what to do next and the staff told me Dr. Hassler would call me back the next day. He never reached out to me, so I tried to call again and they said he would return my call after he finished with a patient. He never called back, so the next morning I ended up taking her to a different vet because I could not sit by while my dog was suffering so much. I spent so much there trying to find the cause of her ear problem just to have to go somewhere else and start all over again.
