I tried so hard to like the grooming from this place. But no! My dog had come home numerous times smelling like wet mop; hair was done choppy and she had many nicks. They often tried to blame my dog that has been getting groomed since a baby, NO ONE ELSE HAS NEGATIVE COMPLAINTS. None the less the head groomer demands I call her because I finally decided to SWITCH GROOMERS TO SOMEONE WHO DOES A BETTER JOB. DEMANDING I TAKE MY DOG TO HER! ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will not have my dog go back to this grooming and probably the vet too. If you love your fur babies don’t bring them here to see Chris she’s absolutely terrible.
Great people!! Great service. They are so sweet with my golden doodle Chloe. I will always take her there when any issues come up for her and needs to be treated. They are the best!!
A wonderful pet clinic! The Drs and Staff have always been available when we need them. Kind, caring, and knowledgeable.
This facility abused, neglected and harmed my dog. If I’d have not picked her up, I’m afraid she would have died. I gave them a happy, well loved and cared for dog and they gave me back a zonked out, despondent shell of a dog.
The hospital manager Alina is stonewalling, sidestepping, back-channeling. She is supporting and hiding the abuse and harm of animals as a hospital manager. Think about that.
