It is NOT professional in any way. Having an appt means nothing
You still wait 40 plus minutes. Dr is NOT knowledgeable. I only went there through a rescue. Never again.
Dr. Chang is the best! I’ve been taking my cat to her for over 15 years. She’s very knowledgeable and I feel she sincerely cares about my babies well-being. I once moved 2 hours away and still brought my cat for visits. I’ve been back in town for many years but only drive 20-30 min. to see her. No matter the drive, she’s worth it to me. My cat is my world and I trust Dr. Chang!
Good doctor can get pretty busy not cheap but effective treatments & care
The doctor and the nurses are amazing and really care for the pet. This place puts pets first and the doctors and nurses take their time to talk to you about what is happening and will be happening. The doctor is very friendly and does not push any brand but advises on natural items to feed your pet.
