I told them to turn off the auto renewal. They didn?t do it. And I was charged for three months of careclub fee. When I asked them to help me solve this issue. They apparently don?t care and insisted to ask me to pay for it.
This vet REALLY needs to implement an appointment system. Waiting 4 hours for a 10 min appt is rediculous.
Terrible experience almost every time. Got the Care Club because I thought it was a good deal, but now I?m locked in for a whole year. The front desk team is overwhelmed every day. They are not good at using their own system, they have made several clerical mistakes, they?re passive aggressive the whole time and we are always on the hook financially for their mishaps. They?re bad at customer service and bad at paperwork, the two most important parts of their jobs! And yet, it seems like the dog owners are always the ones at fault. If I was the vet I?d be so embarrassed of the wait room staff. They either need a training intensive, higher pay or a whole new team. I don?t understand how it?s so dysfunctional every single time.
They do not take appointments, and do nit see you even when urgent. Finding a vet that values their patients instead of sending them to an ER.
