The staff and doctor were Great. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
Took my dog to the vet for an appt at 8:40 am. When I arrived I was told they had no record of the appt. After waiting an hour they saw my dog, ordered XRays and blood work but prescribed medication and supplements before testing even started. Fees were almost $1000. Two hours later no one will provide test or X-ray results despite their website saying they do everything onsite. I took my dog home, and despite calling daily to get test and X-ray results I get no return call from the veterinarian. It is now 6 days from the date of testing/x-rays and no updates from vet. Horrible service and apparently unethical behavior in prescribing medication before even conducting testing.
