The staff definitely like animals! We’ve got 2 cats that don’t like strangers and they manage to handle them just fine. They’re good around us and people they’re exposed to regularly, but can be extremely difficult with others. The vet and her assistant were kind and patient with them.
The staff is friendly to our pets and us…the pet parents.
They help as much as they can and will stay late if needed
