I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience while I’m at this location, the doctor’s have always been great. My issue with this location is that they NEVER answer their phones, so I have to drive down there for them to tell me there is no availability, my thought is if I’m going to waste time driving I may as well take my dogs to Seaside where they do answer. Also they still seem to have their drop off (covid) policies in place, it just throws off the vibe that they just don’t want to deal with you in person.
This place never ever ever ever ever ever answers the phone. I mean NEVER! Take your business to other hospitals that answer the phone where you can get help for your sick pets. Used to love coming here when it was Harden Ranch vet, what happened!
