Dr. Drumm is amazing, and the staff is incredibly helpful and willing to do so much. My cat was diagnosed with metastatic carcinomas, and he’s a couple weeks past what the oncologist said he’d live to! I also bring my dog in for fecal transplants.
He no longer works here. I never saw him, but I would have. Sorry he is gone.
DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE! *** I’m a big fan of reviews to help guid people though they choices. I took my dog several times to this place and the vet did not figure out what her issue was. I had to take her to an emergency vet to find out that she had a herniated disc! The desk / admin services are beyond RUDE and disrespectful. Please read other reviews for confirmation. After being disrespected by the front desk several times on the phone because she didn’t know enough about the vets credentials, and modalities used at the holistic clinic they told me that they had to terminate my dogs treatment plan. What about the care about my dog? What about the care with the client? How can they normalize this type of behavior from an employee? Lack of attention, lack of care, lack of compassion, lack of love for others that in my opinion is the FIRST step on a holistic approach! 0 âï¸!!!!
