Edit – I have in fact taken my cat to this animal hospital and they left him in a puddle of his own urine for 7 hours and returned him with an uncleaned and unattended to injury to his paw that he didn’t have when I brought him in, not sure why they’re pretending I’m not in their records.
The team here on a late Sunday night was beyond kind. No one wants to do a late night vet run but the entire staff was so patient and caring both with us and with our pup.
Very poor experience
We were told that the wait was going to be an hour with my clear understanding that this is an emergency vet, we waited 3 and a half hours with no communication before they could see my dog . After leaving him and waiting another 3 hours with no communication whatsoever, I was told they havent even started treating him yet. I understand they treat the animals in order of needs but no communication when they have a loved one is unacceptable.
In the responce they say I didn’t have my dog treated at the hospital. My my animals name is Heyoka and he was treated March 25th 2023
My cat had a fever and went to the hospital for intravenous therapy, which cost $1,600. There was an additional equipment usage fee of $50. Furthermore, despite having medical reports from another hospital, they refused to examine the reports and chose to conduct a new examination, charging an extra $500 for the additional check-up. They also prescribed three painkillers, each worth $97, even though they were not necessary. During the confirmation process, the intravenous therapy was administered incorrectly, resulting in severe swelling of the hand. This hospital not only charged unreasonable prices but also displayed extremely poor technical skills, which is highly infuriating.
We took our beloved dog to ACES in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the team’s tireless CPR couldn’t save him, but everyone was caring and did their utmost. A week later we received a handwritten card with a personal message from the entire staff. Thank you for going above and beyond.
