    Ladies at front desk are rood and drag dogs across floor when owner isn’t looking. Thankfully we only brought our dog here for shots because after I saw what I saw I would never come back. Beware. Don’t think they care about animals or their owners. Not a hospital for your family. NOT NICE!!

    if you love your animal, don?t take them here. they only care about making money. took my boy for a routine heartworm checkup in between paychecks. he had the appointment for a month or two so it was important to keep, when i asked if i could make a hefty down payment and then pay the rest in a few days, the front desk staff shook their heads profusely and embarrassed me in the waiting area. they told me they could just not see him and i could come back. i ended up using my credit card, no big deal, but it was the way they almost turned me and my son (dog) away. additionally Dr. Lee wasn?t even there to answer my questions, the vet tech was and he had no answers for my questions about which dog food they recommend. they seemed to have no knowledge about this, which was odd. overall bad experience with them and it was our second visit. they only want your money, they don?t care about your pet which is not right.

    We’ve been going to VCA Blossom Hill for over a decade even after moving out of the area Dr. Hare has been taking good care of our dogs (4 in total). However, during and after the pandemic, there are a lot of staff changing or other factors may caused by the pandemic. The communication with the staff has been a struggle. The girls who answer the phone can’t understand the situation and constantly put me on hold. For example, I just called to ask for one dose of Nexguard for one of my dogs and will pick it up this Friday when I take the other dog in for a technician appointment. She was asking me what the pet’s weight. When I told her you should have it in your system, she said “oh, yeah!”. Then she asked if she is still the same weight. I took my dogs in specifically weighed in Apr. or May., the weight normally will be used for the next year? I won’t risk to get them the meds that’s not for the weight range. I had to repeat about 5 times to make sure she is getting the right pill and for the right pet. With all the clarification, she still said she was confused. It took me a good 10min. to ask for one pill. I brought this up with Wendy last time when we had the communication issue. I’m hoping some more training can be done and improve the overall experience for the clients. The clinic was so good before with McKayla, Dustin, Jennifer… back in the day. You barely needed to explain any more details, they knew what you needed. It’s sad to see the service level going downhill. Please do something Wendy. Thank you!

    Update on 8/24/22:
    I decided to give them another try, I was put on hold for over 5 min. with dead silence. I’m really wondering what’s going on with this place. Very unfortunate!

    If your not rich and actually care for your animals don’t take them here the Dr. Was sweet and treated my animal great but as far as payment goes they are very judgemental towards people who might struggle with payment they won’t work with you well they only work with who they like I had to pay all $ up front while the paperwork only asked for 50{186ea0828e55c2a756238be9b86da7d11a796921785dd650289c5c90e3b5cb4d} and every other guests paid after treatment I paid before treatment they’ll whisper about you in front of you and all the other GUESTS like you don’t know they are talking about you it’s not only embarrassing it’s not ok to treat people like this I’ve never missed a payment but have over paid twice which they can’t refund you so it goes on the account or check that takes a month to get to you VCA SWEARS THEY CARE FOR YOU AND YOUR ANIMAL BUT THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT $
