My 13 yr old dog was in a bad way. It was the end. I called that morning and they found an appointment for me that day. They brought her in with tremendous care. They put my in a room with a dog bed on the floor and they helped her to the end while I sat with her. I do not see how they could have done anything better. I am grateful.
Staff are caring and polite. They treat the pets and owners equally and understanding to needs.
