IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A VET THAT CARES! As a pet owner, it’s important to feel comfortable and confident with the veterinary care provided to our furry friends.
During my recent visit to the veterinarian, I found that the doctor was unable to provide me with proper answers to my questions regarding my dog’s health. When I asked concerning questions based on the previous consultation, the vet failed to address my concerns adequately, leaving me feeling uneasy and unsure about the care provided.
As a medical professional, it’s essential for a veterinarian to listen to their patients’ needs and concerns and provide them with accurate information and guidance. Unfortunately, in my experience, this was not the case.
Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and inadequate care provided during my dog’s visit to the veterinarian. I hope that in the future, the doctor will take a more attentive and thorough approach to their patients’ needs and concerns.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent visit to your clinic. My pet was in need of a routine check-up, and I had chosen your clinic based on recommendations from friends and family. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. DR. GILL “vet” who examined my pet was rude and dismissive of my questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, he talked down to me and made me feel like I was wasting his time. He didn’t even take the time to thoroughly examine my pet, and I felt like he was rushing through the appointment.
Lastly, I was appalled by the exorbitant charges for the visit. I was not given a clear explanation of the costs, and when I asked for clarification, I was met with hostility.
Overall, my experience at your clinic was extremely disappointing, and I am left feeling disheartened and frustrated. I expect a higher level of professionalism and care from a veterinary clinic, and I certainly did not receive that during my visit to your clinic.
