I was reading the reviews and I’m sad those of us who have had an amazing experience haven’t posted. So! Here I am 3 years later — posting.
My chihuahua was pulled through a fence and mauled by a Pitty. My Stanley P. Filbert was REALLY in a bad way for 4
days. He was 6 months old at the time. I held him ALL day, for THREE days, until he was stable enough for surgery. It was touch and go and we all just did our best with the situation. It was hard and the Techs, Front Office and Veterinarians were incredibly kind and accommodating to me.
I will be forever grateful for the miracle Taylor Vet was able to achieve. Mr. Filbert’s recovery was long, but he made a full recovery and is now 4 years old.
So, I’m sorry for some peoples awful experiences, because, one person can ruin a solid reputation, but I highly recommend Taylor Vet for Trauma services. Like in a hospital — we do our best to save everyone, but sometimes, our best isn’t good enough. When you accept this — you’ll see this facility is a great place and they do REALLT work hard to help our fur babies.

Night time receptionist, old lady, hair in pony tail, big nose. Needs to watch how she be speaking to people. Needs to be fired, feel bad for whoever has to deal with her at home

DO NOT COME HERE EVER!! I took my sweet babyboy 3 years old !! because he couldn’t breath , i pulled up and the gates closed like seriously so much for ER i had to hop over the little wooden gate and run to the door and tell them its an emergency. Nobody tempted to help , the nightshift lady at the counter was so rude and most of all nobody seemed like they cared my dog was dying right next to me turning purple they were just focused on getting paid thats for sure . First thing she said was we cant touch him until you pay the amount ($1000) they came back 5 mins later saying my dog is doing terrible and the best to do was to put him to rest unfortunately i couldn’t afford 4-10k (what they were asking) for treatment with only a 25% chance of him living , after a few more patients come in (emergencys) and the staff say it will be a while we only have 1 DR. in as hes about to do surgery on someone else dog so that has me thinking they didnt have time to help my dog leaving me the only / quickest choice to make on their behalf.

I took my dog that was 7 months old in about a month ago because she was acting sluggish and her breathing was irregular. She just wasn’t acting like herself. They asked if I wanted to do a limited panel or a full panel, I said full. I wanted to find out why our baby was sick. So they checked her out and did there tests and said she was fine. Gave her some nausea medicine even though she wasn’t vomiting. They were only worried about it being parvo and it wasn’t. So fast forward to today. She went out to use the restroom and my daughter found her dead in the backyard. My dogs are inside dogs. So when she didn’t come back in with my other dogs my daughter went to check on her. We took her in to get a necropsy at a different vet. They said she had something wrong with her lungs and one of them had ruptured. They should have caught this when we went in. Instead of what felt like rushing us, to get us out quickly. This could have been prevented if they would have done there jobs right. It breaks my heart to know that they could have prevented her death if they just looked closer.
