Front desk is very rude. I don’t understand how you can expect people to trust you with their animals when you show such a lack of compassion.
The vets here are great, and the techs are good to speak with, plus it is very affordable.
Had a small scheduling error tonight, but the receptionist handled the situation so professionally and with Grace, I was very impressed. She tried to find any time that would work in my schedule and gave really great customer service.
Everyone there was nice however my husband and I both felt like the Dr we saw just kept pushing money. Also when getting x-rays she told us before even bringing the dog back “if she won’t cooperate we’ll need to sedate her for another $70”, came back 2 min later “she’s not cooperating”… little did she know I worked at a vet for years, I know how my dog is and have had strangers handle her with NO issues getting x-rays done in the past. Even an injury to the foot that was veery painful for her, she was perfectly fine with the Dr’s and techs handling her without me around. She’s loud but will let you handle her IF you know how to. And after 2 min of “trying” because she had a nervous piddle. She “needed” to be sedated to get some more money from us. At least this is how we felt.
Google needs to add a 0 star rating for companies like Aspen Grove. Was 5 minutes late to an appointment waited 15 minutes for the person at the front desk to finish talking on the phone. Was denied a checkup for being over 15 minutes late. the hard nosed timeframe was odd considering the amount of times I’ve waited in waiting rooms for over 30 minutes for my other dog over the past 8 years. The lady was unprofessional and short saying the doctor left. I highly doubt the doctor left they just don’t care about their customers. She was wearing a demonic necklace which is odd for a woman of her age, maybe 60s. They never asked any questions about the status of my puppies vaccines, no time-frames, nothing. Just want to get you in the door and get your money apparently. Go to a different vet than this. This is coming from an 8 year customer.
Everyone is so nice that works there. They care about my dogs.
