Dr Orm is the most down to earth vet I have ever met. His prices are reasonable and in regard to my animal, he takes away the worry. Only concern I have is their phone line. It would be nice if they would clear their messages if they know they cant answer a call. Or at least put in their voicemail their hours of operation and days of service.
