They have lost my paperwork CONTSTANTLY!! I call them to fax over my animals information to another clinic & they can’t send the information over for days!! When I took my cat I to get her swollen eye treated they gave mi an ointment almost 200 dollars later just to have my cat RUB THE OINTMENT OUT!! no funnel to put around her neck or nothing, it only made the problem worse!! Now a days they always have their main doctor out and other doctor too busy to help out completely so why even stay open for phone calls if nothings going to happen even. I hate this clinic
I went in for an intake appointment with my dog and was told that there was a dog that was having some challenges in the appointment before us. We went to our car and waited until our time to come in, and were immediately confronted by a very angry vet. I don’t know if this is her usual attitude, or if she was just taking it out on us, but we walked out before the appointment even started. I have never been to a vet with that much attitude and since we hadn’t even been introduced, it clearly wasn’t anything that my dog or myself did. I guess if you catch them on a good day the experience might be alright, but if they’re having a bad morning they will take it out on the nearest person. There are plenty of options for vets in Loveland, I would recommend any of them over this clinic.
We wouldn’t trust our guinea pigs or bunnies to anyone else other than Copper Gate! We love the small hometown feel of the clinic.
We have been a client for years. They provide an affordable surgery option from the big clinics. Their location is modest but the pet care is first rate. We highly recomend this service provider. 🙂
Dr Peterson is simply wonderful. She truly loves her patients and is extremely knowledgeable about any critter we bring her. Our favorite vet since 1987!
