They are always great about getting my dog in when needed. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I love that they tell you the costs as you go, there are absolutely no surprises when it comes to that. We drive at least half an hour each way, totally worth it.
Being a medical professional for over 40 years I was astonished and so dismayed at this practices ethical negligence. I do suggest you a potential client of theirs question very thoroughly their “estimates” for procedures…before you leave your initial visit…I found it to be like a shell game……give a number and then change it later at a much higher number…Unethical in all matters of medicine…which is why I left immediately…I do not and would never trust them…if they would mislead you on financial issues..could you trust them with the well being of your pet…Hell NO!!
