Dr. Para and staff have been amazing. They are always kind, efficient and they always follow up after the visit.
The doctor was very knowledgeable and worked well with our cat. The front desk staff person was very nice as was the nurse. We were able to purchase the antibiotic and eyedrops our cat needed from the clinic and the cost was reasonable. Our wait was short and the facility was clean and smelled nice. I highly recommend this pet clinic.
5 stars isn?t enough to express how much I value the services provided at Congress Avenue Animal Hospital. I always feel welcomed and heard and have never felt overlooked by any of the staff. Dr.Para is amazing and really listens, he is extremely thorough and provides an honest and clear course of action for any issue I have come to the animal hospital with. I can?t recommend this place enough!
Hello, I was recently at this hospital, and I loved every minute of it. The person working the front desk was sweet and kind, spoke so politely and helped me with my dog. The doctor and his assistant were also so patient and kind and the whole process was smooth and quick. Love the environment they have. Recommend for your and your pup or your kittens ? take care
Every time I go there they are so great with my fur daughter. She is a rescue and has trust issues. She trusts them. It?s not going to empty the bank account either. Lol seriously, very reasonable pricing. Even though I would spend what I have too for my fur baby girl ??
