The doctor is good, but the front is a disaster. The last time I made an appointment it was frustrating, but I went ahead and extended patience. Today, same thing. They couldn?t find my information, placed me on hold 3 times and still wrongly scheduled me. The good news, I found a better clinic and will now be using them. I have two recommendations, pay your front office better so the impression when customers call is that you?re professional. Two, whoever is in charge (hopefully not the doctor, of responding to posts, please be less combative and more professional. Again, a reflection of poor management).
