The technicians were incredibly helpful over the phone before I even took my dog in. They took the time to look at photos over email and even called me back to consult. I dropped Prince off the next day to stay with them all day because I had a work conflict and they all couldn’t have been more helpful. The vet checked on Prince and called me very promptly and spent time on the phone with me explaining everything. They listened to my concerns, stories, and made us feel in the best care. Prince came home happy and healthy!
