Spent over $700 to get a ultrasound done. Was told I would get the results within a couple hours. It’s now eight day later and still nothing from them concerning the full report. Thankfully I was smart enough to hang around rather than drop off my pet and go in the room with the doctor and find out what his thoughts were during and immediately after. He said everything looked good but they would do a full report.
Great practice!Accommodating…if you need an appt fast, they give one. And what a wonderful staff…so sweet and kind and….well, gentle andcaring..just as their name promises . Love this vet
I had problems with scheduling because 1) cat is almost impossible to put in any container and 2) i had multiple medical tests scheduled during this time due to an upcoming hip replacement surgery. Staff at Gentle Care was very flexible at setting up appts to meet last minute changes needed.
Very friendly staff, had an emergency visit..I was seen within 1 hours of arrival. Great place have been here before, will return again. AAA ++++
