I?ve been waiting 2 weeks for a prior authorization and I have made several trips to the office (they never answer the phone)to remind to do their job which is only 1 phone call to BCBS she says they?re going to do it but never does. They are so incompetent and unprofessional. Avoid extra stress and stay away from this place!
The staff isn’t the least bit concerned or compassionate considering the patients are coming for help with their mental health. They are snotty and cold on the phone.
They are not pleasant at all. Sometimes nasty. Hard to get ahold of them. In it for the money. Most are.
