Twice I have taken my cat there. First was for a Shot/Check up. He picked up a cold from there. He was sneezing and not feeling good the next day. My cat then passed the cold onto my other cat. My cats have never been sick. I had two Sick Cats for two weeks. Then I took him back the next time for his shot. Very next day he started ripping his hair out where the injection site was. There’s some kind of infection where the the injection site was. I Make an appointment for them to Check him out for it. I can’t get hin in the carrier. I called to tell them I was trying to get him in. The girl that answered the phone said “If you’re past 10 min late there’s a late fee”. Ha! Well, I couldn’t get the cat in the cage. Guess what she asks me then??! “Well would you like to pay the cancellation fee now?” Absolutely ridiculous! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Never going back!
Dr Janis Fullenwider is the best, she has been my vet for almost 20 years. My dog feel very comfortable around her. She does a great job discussing the issues and the course of treatment for your pet and understands they are also part of your family. I must admit I do prefer Dr Fullenwider over the other vets there. As a note they have become a bit pricey, but are still a good value relative to other vets in the area.

I used to take my lab here 18 years ago when I lived on this side of town and now that I have my frenchie I drive 45 min to see Dr McPherson! I trust her knowledge and experience 100%. She is fantastic! Adding pics of them below. My lab passed in 2014 and I got my frenchie in late 2022. ðŸ¾ðŸ¾
