Previously left a bad review, but gave a second chance. This hospital is THE rabbit savvy place you need to go to for all your rabbit care. They are so knowledgeable and amazing to my rabbits. Everything from price, to scheduling, to care, to boarding has been top notch and I’ve been coming for several months now. It’s very obvious that they genuinely care for the animals here.

Dr. Rupp and his team are incredible! Going to a new vet for the first time can be a nerve-wracking experience, especially if you’ve got an exotic pet. The entire team was great with my Leopard Gecko, Mango. Haven, the Technician, was excellent at restraining her safely and making her feel comfortable. Dr. Rupp was so nice and pleasant, giving Mango a thorough exam and carefully treating her issue. For rockstar treatment, I expected to pay a high price but that wasn’t the case at all! Dr. Rupp’s prices are extremely reasonable. The hospital was very clean and the receptionists were friendly as well. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I took my baby Bunny Merlin ( 9 months)here recently to be neutered. They did blood work, and checked his stool. Everything came back normal. I was told to fast him 2 hours before surgery , and bring him in the morning. I received a heart wrenching call at about 12/1 pm that they were doing Cpr on him and that his heart stopped. Merlin died. I should have never got him neutered. I felt so bad taking him through this.

I took my dog for a dental cleaning. I told them specifically not to perform any extractions. They told me they won’t. Next time I see my dog, they "accidentally" pulled 5 teeth because they were loose. If they were loose, why would you continue cleaning the remaining "loose" teeth in the same way.

I DO NOT recommend taking your dog for a dental cleaning here. give them an inch and they will take a mile.
