Love this place, but if your pet has a trauma incident, they do not handle it and refer you. But otherwise great service.
Since Covid, exams are behind the scene so you don’t really see what is or has been done to or for your pet. Even with a yearly plan, costs can be on the higher end.
Took my dog in for his annual check up and this was our first and last time at this location. The girls in the front were completely incompetent during the check in/check out process at this location. Gave misinformation that led to a terrible experience. Think twice before bringing your beloved pets to this location.
