Incompetence is the main word I can think ok.
We had our dog micro chipped a while back, and later on came back for a rabies vaccine. The certificate did not include the microchip number, which is required for international travel.
By the time we realized, the doctor who had signed the document didn’t work there anymore, so there’s no way to fix this.
And to make things even worse, the microchip doesn’t even seem to be there anymore?
You ask them, they tell you "these things happen from time to time". You’d think they would have checked all the times we came back after the chip was "placed".
What a waste of money, just find somewhere else to go.
I love them. Ark has always been taking good care of my 2 cats. They are very nice, very helpful, and just great people to communicate with.

My experience was great! The staff was kind and treated my little fur buddy with care! I would highly recommend the Ark for all your needs!
