This was my first time at a vet as the new owner of a puppy. The staff upon entering were all very nice and accommodating. Once we made it back to the exam room, everyone was patient as I asked a list of my questions along with the list my wife sent with me. I felt all of the advice and recommendations were what we needed to hear to make sure our pup stays healthy and lives a long life. Glad we chose best friends, a for sure recommend
Everyone including the technicians, assistants, doctors, groomers and boarding staff are always so friendly, patient and knowledgeable! Penelope, our 2-1/2 year old white/deaf boxer, is treated like the queen she thinks she is!!
To say I am grateful for this vet is an understatement. We came here for a second opinion/re-testing for our dog Andy after a horrible experience at a different vet. The doctors collaborated with each other, were honest in their evaluation, and had us come back 2-3 months later to re-check Andy for a more definitive answer. They were able to provide us with an answer and results the same day we came back for his re-test. They are so personable and kind, and we are so beyond thankful for their help and urgency in what could have been a quickly-progressive illness for our baby. We will be using them moving forward for both of our dogs. THANK YOU.
