i?m sure they help people with mammals, but i recommend against taking your reptile here. maybe he knows his medical textbook information but he seemed uncomfortable or uncaring with the way he handled my snake. after the exam i was given an estimated $1,700 to treat my snake?s abscess, which was ridiculous so i left. got an appointment with our snake?s regular vet, and the bill was $500 and she received excellent care. the doctor felt patronizing and lectured me on her husbandry without asking how i take care of her first (our regular vet, however, told me she could tell my husbandry was excellent by the overall condition of the snake). the whole office smelled bad and everything felt very unsanitary. i feel like he caused her unnecessary stress, handling her like Steve Irwin trying to milk an angry King Cobra. She?s a very calm snake and it was so stressful to ME to see her treated that way.
Zero stars. Cold room. The staff joked about having to keep pets overnight even though they were going to pass. Mind you the over night fee was $397
Per night. The doctor has zero remorse for my Rosemary To show me that she was weak and in bad condition to make a point, he threw her on the table knocking her over. I do not recommend. My Rosemary died 1 hour later after returning home.

Awful place. The “doctor” and staff are disrespectful. It’s like they don’t know how to do their jobs. Phone conversations with them go downhill from the greeting. Dr. Innocent is rude. Ridiculous place with outrageous pricing.

We went here because my cat was experiencing excessive vomiting from high levels of toxicity due to a flea medication overdose, and we got in there really quickly. The vet made a bit of a cursory exam of the cat and gave her an antihistamine, a steroid, and an anti-nausea shot and despite us asking refused to give her any liquids. He also recommended we bathe her which only spread the medicine around and made the situation worse. I’m glad we brought her in, but we had to go to a different vet for a more thorough checkup and fluids.
Very kind environment, they work at a well pace. I’d definitely recommend this vet to anyone, they truly do take in all species. I went not too long ago, and the vet showed us a snake he did surgery on. Such kind people work there??
