I took my 13 year cat for I-131 exactly two weeks ago. The Dr. was very helpful explaining the process and so was her staff. Jennifer was great. They called me before the process and told me how everything would be handled. It’s been two weeks and my Cat is feeling very good. The unknown was very stressful but they did help put me at ease. I would do this treatment again if now that I know the process. I had read a lot of reviews and that helped to. AVS did a wonderful job.
I worked with this specialist in April 2022. They were able to diagnosis an issue within my dogs ears that had been mistreated for over a year. We were grateful. It was a time consuming and expensive process but it brought comfort to our long time family pet. Fast forward 7 months and the ear issue / infection has come back. It appears to be stronger this time and my pet is miserable. I have spent the last month attempting to call and reach anyone at this location. We do not live in Atlanta so a drop by is out of the question. They have not returned any of my voicemails and they have not answered the phone at any point during stated open hours. I am so disappointed. It appears that they cared about my pet in April but they no longer care. We are now left trying to take what they have done and recreate it somewhere else. This is rough on my dog and not what I would have imagined from this clinic.
I love Dr. Schick & Jennifer. The front office REALLY, REALLY, REALLY needs to step it up!! No one EVER answers the phone. You can’t leave a voice mail because the mailbox is full. In the mean time, my pet goes without his immunotherapy meds for 3.5 weeks & starts flaring up again. Which makes me have to start from the beginning with his regimen. Please, please get someone to man the front desk!! With the price we customers pay for this service we should have the ability to teach an actual person!! Please!!
I cannot get anyone to contact me at all. I?ve called over and over, emailed several times, called other Blue Pearls hospitals, and our referring vet has done the same. All I?ve gotten after 2 weeks was an email to set up an initial appointment and now nothing again. One of our veterinarians told me this is how he has been treated for about a year now. He can?t get anyone to send updates on his referrals or to even call him back.
My daughter is Candace Williams. She had to resort to take her French bulldog here due to skin problems. These are the best in Georgia as far as I?m concerned I?m so glad she?s getting help for Gigi. Some of her problems were withheld from the breeder, which is very sad. I highly recommend this veterinary office.
