Everyone at CCW, from the front desk staff to the clinical staff is always so kind and welcoming. They put nervous pets and their parents at ease. We are never rushed and treatment options are clearly explained. 10/10 recommend. Dr. Amy and her techs are the best.
Our dog was mauled and received better quality seamless critical care than most humans. NWGVEC and the incredible surgical team and staff here went above. They said yes to a longer day, stayed late and gave us the option to resuscitate in the heat of the moment because she was fighting. She’s required 24 hour medications and surveillance with extensive surgery. Communication and transport between facilities has been seamless. Thankful to have such a high standard of care so close to home.
The doctor and workers were very caring for our cats, Mr. Poppy and LeBron James and our terrier Marty. All are doing fine since their visit and we are very pleased.
