They are very knowledgable and through. They are excessive in services and charges. My mini dachshund had an infected toe. They gave me an estimate of $1200-$1500 of needed care. When I questioned each line item they were not able to explain true medical necessity. All said and done his wound was about $200. My family members are reporting similar overcharging experiences. Major red flags to me.
Most thoughtful, intentional veterinary care ever. Great care for both pets and their people. I can’t praise them enough!
