This VCA is incredible. The staff are very attentive and caring about the needs of your pets. I brought my cat in to see Dr. Roper and I was very satisfied with the care and information he gave me regarding my baby. He followed up after the appointment to keep me updated and informed. Christine was the vet tech that helped during the visit and I was blown away from the love she showed for my pet. Even the director of facility, Aliya, helped with my pet. This VCA is my new vet clinic and I would recommend it to everyone.

I am highly disappointed in the service I received at this hospital. If this is your first time owning a pet? DO NOT COME HERE! I brought my baby in for a rabies vaccine that come to find out she wasn?t even due for yet. Did anyone tell me? NO. They demanded that she needed all of these other shots and medications that come to find out SHE ALREADY HAD. I paid $500+ for her visit and it was unnecessary. They don?t communicate well with one another and then harass you with links and calls if you are making payments. The paw project told me I could?ve gotten the same vaccines from them for less than half the price vca charged me. Very dishonest people. It amazed me that everyone acted oblivious when I called to complain.
I love Vca! My dog has a lot of medical problems, and they are always very good to her and follow up to make sure that she is OK. I can?t imagine going anywhere else! Big shout out to Christine, aliyah, and Dr. Mills!
I’ve been going here for many years now, even though it’s 45 mins away. I love the entire staff and all the Drs, my fur babies have always had the absolute best care. Their care club is amazing and very very reasonable considering everything you get. I love it!
