We scheduled a dental cleaning/surgery consultation and naturally our dog was visibly nervous and jittery. Dr. Sakamoto and the vet tech both sat on the ground with some dog treats to make him warm up to them and get to know them better. They were both very caring and made our dog feel comfortable enough to submit to the examination. The doctor found an unrelated life threatening issue and his explanations and follow-through were so professional, we are truly appreciative of him and the staff. We have been going to the Aina Haina Pet Hospital for 35+ years and are so happy that they joined the Aina Haina Veterinary Clinic.
