They have taken wonderful care of my cats when they were really sick, and when one was attacked by a dog and needed his leg amputated. They are very kind, the facilities are really nice and comfortable, and they kept me very well informed of how my cats were doing during a stressful time. They also seemed to be really sweet with them and gave them love when they required overnight stays. I will continue to use them for any emergency pet care I need, even though I live on the other side of the island.
Front desk staff seems nice. They have clearly spent a lot to make this place look nice. Made me prepay for my dogs appointment after I cancelled/rescheduled. Fine, although irritating. I was sent an email to make a payment on some 3rd party website that does not send me any sort of receipt or confirmation of payment. I was concerned and this, but a confirmation text for the appointment finally showed up the next morning. I show up to appointment, wait for 30+ minutes, just to be told that the oncologist isn’t even there, they are out for the week. I was told they had COVID (Isn’t that a HIPAA violation?). I am told I was called to say the doctor was out (I wasn’t). I have an appointment set for the next week. I get a text from them to confirm the appointment, I answered no, but got no confirmation of the appointment being cancelled, so since they already have my $ and the place didn’t confirm cancellation, I showed up at the time of my appointment, only to be told that it was indeed cancelled. This place is somehow able to get emails and texts and calls out to get $, but somehow unable to employ the same effort when confirming changes. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I will literally fly my dog to the mainland for care to not deal with these people again. Terrible experience.
Saw Dr Fenger today for my cat’s cancer. She is outstanding! I expressed my concerns and she listened and provided some other options for me. She didn’t press for unnecessary testing or screening that would have wasted my money and I appreciate that. I am so happy my sick cat is in her care! Nice facility and not that bad a location to get to from the West side even in traffic.
Separate waiting areas for dogs and cats unlike most pet hospitals. Easy to create an account online upon check in. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

My dog was injured and so we called them- they said they could take her right away. She was whimpering in pain while we were in the waiting room for an unexpected 30-45 minutes. They then took her to the back where she was anxious without us for 1.3 hours until finally receiving her first exam. We explained it was her left paw, but doctor insisted her left was fine and it was her right paw that needed attention. She came home unable to use her left arm and she continues to limp today.They offered ridiculous prices, and we ultimately left with no answers or help at all.
