We have seen a lot of vets in our 19 years of dog parenting and the techs and vet at Northgate have won us over for the future. Our old dog had surgery and because of cancer had complications and they took the best care of her, quickly.
Today our 4 year old cattle dog injured her eye and they got her in with 45 minutes. She’s extremely reactive and does not like people and they went above and beyond for her comfort. I’m so happy we chose them.
First impressions are very important especially when you are relying on others to care for your loved ones. My interaction with the staff was mediocre down to maybe rude. If it were not for the veterinarian, I would give 1 star and look for another office.
The workers at Northgate Small Animal Hospital helped me out immensely! As soon as I walked in the door the woman behind the counter rushed out to the waiting area to help me gather my cat Molly. Molly clawed her way out of my arms as soon as I walked in. There was no way I could get her into a carrier. Another worker brought out a large towel to wrap Molly in and get her under control. And they got me right in and out so that Molly would not have to be stressed for to long.
Great experience bringing my puppy in for his first vet visit!
