I have been taking my pets here for 10 years friendly staff, I trust the doctor so much. Just recently got dog groomed the groomee did a WONDERFUL job
We love Lansing Animal Hospital for our black lab. We have gone there ever since we got him at 8 weeks old. They help me stay up to date on his immunizations and health needs and he is a perfectly healthy dog. Some may complain about the cost but I believe you get what you pay for. He’s worth it to me!
They have a new groomer with the skills, patience and attention to detail required for grooming large dogs. I stopped going here years ago because the last groomer made it obvious she did not like grooming large dogs; first time she groomed it he was there for 6 hours while she finished the smaller dogs first eventhough he has a noon appt. At one point when I attempted to reschedule she advised their new run only fits small dogs. So it was such a blessing to learn of Lynnette joining their clinic. It is truly now my one stop shop for for 13 year Great Pyrenees/Black lab mix. Everyone is so caring from the receptionist, to the nurses to the vet and now Lynette. I am very satisfied and appreciative of the time, care and professionalism she demonstrated today. I wish I recalled the receptionist?s name I spoke with today she was very sweet and calming . Using a new groomer can be nerve wrecking but I know we have the right one now.
We had adopted a beautiful furbaby and we wanted a vet that truly cared about the quality of care along with enjoying what they do. My aunt told me about Lansing Animal Hospital. When I say they are the Chick-fil-A of vets from when you call or walk in there?s lovely Nia (Manager) who is pleasant and radiates a great presence whether through the phone or in person. I love her professionalism.
Dr. Nava exceeded my expectations. She answered all of my questions and concerns, she gave great feedback and I truly appreciate her. There were two technicians we met that day (for the life of me I cannot think of their names but they were heaven sent).
Lastly, the groomer Lynette has my furbaby feeling like a brand new dog. He came out with a pep in his step, he smiled and was extremely happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
