We brought our new puppy, Brewer in today for his second round of puppy vaccines. Such a great experience! Dr. Heather was amazing and her vet tech was equally as amazing. We used another animal clinic with our dog who passed in October and we felt as though we were just a ?number?. We had a completely different feeling here. Thank you for making us all feel at ease with our new puppy. Keep up the amazing work! Can?t wait for Brewer?s next appointment.
It was fine, scheduled checkup/vaccines for a new puppy. Never been there before this. One of us ended up having to wait in the car while other went in, as they only let one person in at a time. In addition, was told rabies vax was cash or check only. Able to cover it, but don’t usually carry cash. No issue with the rules, except it would have been nice if we had been told prior to visit so we could have been aware and better prepared. It would have been a simple thing to mention at time we booked appointment that would have saved us a bit of trouble.
