I could write the entire story, but it would take too long. Save your money. My dog went in for a simple procedure and came back with many ailments. I switch vets and tried to get paperwork transferred MULTIPLE times. I had to take her to a specialist vet after they had her, they tried calling twice. I switched to a general vet, they tried calling multiple times. I also called multiple times. They did not send over any paperwork for my dog. Very unprofessional and it was hard to figure what was wrong with her. The specialist was able to determine that she was paralyzed on one side (that happened after the procedure at this place). It appeared she may have had a stroke or other complication in their care. Unfortunately, we had to put her down a couple weeks ago. I feel like a terrible pet parent for trusting this place and not being able to help her. Her final weeks were in severe pain and without paperwork from this vet, I will never know what caused the issue. We had to say goodbye way too soon.
