My female amstaff had an emergency and we called around all vets in Terre Haute they were either booked,not taking new clients ,or moving locations Brown was the only one to help they set us up with an emergency appointment and get us in the next day even when we showed up a little bit late they were still able to take us in everyone was polite and respectful .I highly recommend
Janelle is amazing! Knowledgeble; explained everything and answered all of my questions. So very gentle with my kitten.
She is an asset to the practice, and is the main reason that Brown clinic will be my new Vet office.
I accompanied Ms. Bonnie Batson on the second trip to that Brown Veterinary Clinic where Maggie was seen the day before and I can tell you that Maggie is a shining star and the center of attention. She’s the sweetest but poor Maggie has been in agony since they took it upon themselves to shave her and cut her nails, no one had the audacity to ask Ms. Bonnie first I thought that was a bit ballsy to do something like that and NOT discuss it with the pet parent first. It is incredibly sad to see how much pain and discomfort Maggie is in.. I would continue to take my own furkids far away from Terre Haute as I’ve heard some horror stories and in Maggie’s case seen the horror first-hand. Be very careful of whom you let around your furkids. Do your research and read the reviews, everyone. I’ve noticed that Ms Bonnie’s review on Google hasn’t shown up YET? Don’t play games Google I was there and witnessed first-hand how those employees tried to deflect their responsibility on everything else except themselves.. HORRIBLE, NO STARS.
Generic response is so not necessary and why call the office, WHEN Ms. Bonnie and myself were there in person and no doctor had the audacity to show their face but kept sending their Techs to talk to Ms. Bonnie. For the money Brown Veterinary Clinic charges you, vets there need to start explaining themselves…you owe those pet parents an explanation or a refund..Sadly neither will ever happen as they deflect..
