The lack of any sort of care or hustle is not ok. Stood at the counter when we arrived for a good 15 minutes while the kid sat there working on the computer instead of checking in any clients (there was several he did this to) then finally got to go talk about the dog and was told ?we will cast it, you will have to find someone to do surgery? they called when she was ready to be picked up, came right out with her meds and said ?I?ll be right back I?ll go get her? I stood AT the counter, while the same kid stood there and didn?t check in someone who came in directly at me, nor acknowledged than anyone was standing at the counter for FOURTY MINUTES. I finally left the counter, 20 minutes later I decided to finally go tell him to go find my dog. Extremely poor customer service. Zero hustle or care in the world there. And no communication from any of the staff to anyone they spoke to.
Took such great care of my sweet baby! Excellent customer service, everyone is so friendly and helpful!
We live in Texas and do not mind the drive here because they are awesome. Informative and Great care. I?ll always take my pets here For urgent needs.
My dogs were attacked by bees. I called them to ask how much medicine I could give then. All they would say was to bring them in. No help at all. Might as well have a dollar bill on there sign. All they want is money. Embarrassing!!!
I am new to Lake Charles and needed an emergency care facility for Roxi last weekend. All the vet techs and Dr’s are top notch. I cannot say enough about the care they provided. My lab is more than a pet, she is my daughter, partner in crime, therapist, and my best friend. The Lord blessed me with finding Pet Emergency Clinic.
PEC was instrumental in diagnosing an extremly large tumor that developed and started bleeding. After their recommendation of a vet, I took Roxi there and she was rushed to emergency surgery for a bleeding tumor that was attached to her spleen that was about to rupture. In my eyes they saved my daughters life. This review can never express the gratitude that I have for everyone who works at PEC for their attention to detail and the professionalism that they displayed during her 3 night stay.
