Dr Albano and his team did an exceptional job caring, treating and communicating with me during an after my Cat’s appointment. This was an emergency visit due my Cat’s unitary/kidney problem. Our regular vet could not accommodate us with a same day visit. My regular vet is a very good and well known vet in the area but Dr Albano’s care was much better and very thorough. I will stay with them. The statement fits the service and care.
I think I found our new vet.
We brought my 7 year old dog in (well sat in the car Covid precautions). We had things to say and pictures to share but they didn’t allow a phone call during the vist/had no way to except our photos. After a $600 bill with zero answers we took Tashi to emergency care in Gaithersburg. Found out real answers. Not just words like I wish I could hug him. I will give more details later when I am in a better place. He had cancer in his nose. Since then I heard from 2 different sources who had unsuccessful experiences here too.
