Really friendly team that is helpful and informative. The technicians care about the animals they treat. Prices are pretty standard and they honor those rates.
My cat got a number of vaccines that I didn’t agree to and that she doesn’t need as our only indoor pet. As a result, the bill came in materially above what I’d been told to expect over the phone. I complained about it and was told that the services had already been provided, so there was nothing I could do.
On the plus side, the clinical staff seem to know what they’re doing and are a friendly.
