Dr. Lubana is very business-minded. He overbooks a very broad schedule which almost always leads to long wait times – oftentimes longer than an hour beyond what is originally booked. Additionally, he is very keen on charging exam fees, so any injection (even for chronic conditions) usually comes with a decent price tag. When we expressed interest in trying to administer injections ourselves to curb costs, we were dismissed, and his office was very uncooperative with sharing records with other vets and third party vendors.
I understand that Dr. Lubana is in this for money, so I don’t hold any animosity towards this establishment…I just wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.
Couldn’t be more confident in this team. Front desk is fantastic and quick. Dr Lubana is clearly compotent and thorough, and his passion for animals is apparent. Recommended very highly!
Dr. Lubana and his staff have been great in the two recent (and urgent) trips we needed to make for our Kitten! We were able to get in right away both times. Dr. Lubana is great with answering questions and making a diagnosis. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
Was quoted an approximate price on the phone for my pups stitches, after finally seeing the Dr after 2 hours the price was 1450.00, plus possible other charges when they see how deep the cut was. URGENT CARE WAS 648.00 AND MY PUPPY CAME HOME THAT NIGHT.
Fantastic vet. He is a very thorough veterinarian with a kind heart.
