What a great experience. I have a super senior kitty with severe anxiety and they treated her so gently and went at her own pace. The tech took extra time to let her warm up to her. The providers we saw were so helpful and knowledgeable. We are in good hands and I’m so grateful.

Update: Per request by staff, I removed my first review on my experience due to the controversy; they stated, "the review was negative." The opinion was honest and forthright about my experience at the vet. Things have improved, the front-desk staff is friendlier, and the office is more diverse. I appreciate Dr. Sharma and Dr. Zack’s expertise and positive outlook in caring for seriously/critically ill animals; there’s a high price attached to the services they provide for pets in that category.
