I trust them with all my pets. They are caring, honest, and friendly. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and have taken great care of my pets. I love caring hands and they truly have caring hands and hearts.
I have been taking my dog to this vet for awhile and waiting in my vehicle for 2 years now. I took her the other day and I was in a hurry when I left work and forgot my phone so I couldn’t let them know that I was there so I went to the door and knocked they would not open the door I had to scream through the door and tell them that I was there. When the tech comes out 15 min later to get her, my dog is terrified. She wont go with a strange person. Having someone come to my truck and get her is not an option. My dog was so upset. I called about the situation the next day, they said it wasn’t because of covid. Their lobby is full of stuff because they are moving in November and have no room for the dogs.She said that maybe they could find a room to put her in next time. I dont want to think about what they would do if they had to preform surgery on a dog. Maybe in their vehicle. I think I will find another vet for her.
I am so very happy with the care you showed for my dog saber he is doing so much better thank you again for your kindness in taking care of him
This place is so great. They cared for my kitty and took all actions to make sure she is ok. No appointments this time and they took her right in to care for her. Great people and I will take my kitties no place else.
