They did an ear cropping, they assured me that they measured and now they don’t want to take responsibility for the mistake they made and they want to charge me again to fix it.
Not recommended.
Took my dog Coco in for stiches on his leg… Dr Scott and staff were wonderful, friendly, and made sure I had an answer to my question. Thanks guys!!!
I give this place 0 stars. This place is just awful and Dr.Ann need to be fired for misdiagnosed on my furry baby. She needs better training.Dr.Ann needs to go back to school,she said it was an allergic reaction and now my baby is in heaven. They need better practice I will not recommend this place to nobody please don’t take your furry babies here they don’t know what they are doing.Awful just awful and need to be close down.
My Jax receives excellent care at the Ark. The staff is always friendly and Dr. Ann really cares about my sweet boy. Keep up the great work!
