The worst time ever tried getting my dogs nails clipped they were very rude to him and me and then charged me full price when they couldn’t even finish clipping his front nails

the staff was so kind and sweet. the front desk ladies were really kind and welcoming! they took us back very quickly and the vets who were working with my cat were extremely understanding and patient with her. My cat gave them an extremely hard time , but they were nothing but kind, respectful, and understanding with the situation. We are very appreciative to have a vet so close to home that is so understanding and patient with our cat.
The staff here are always so kind, and the doctor is very attentive. I know my cats are always in great care going here.
