Very disappointed in this place. They are a very fine practice with a few rude workers who unfortunately ruined our whole experience, and as a result, we will not be back.
In short, I heard a receptionist speak over the phone in a completely unacceptable way. Im not sure if this person was already having a bad day, or if our decision on our dog?s medicine was affecting her pay, but she was speaking to a patient in a way that I personally think is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this person?s negative and disgusting tone was enough for my girlfriend and I to decide to take our dog elsewhere. I was honestly appalled just by the way she was speaking to a patient. It was hard to listen to, and I?m sure we can find a place that will give us the same good care that we received, minus the super bitter employee.
Most caring veterinarians and staff I have ever come across. Have used them for over 18 years now.
