I just returned from this emergency vet hospital after spending over three hours there, with my dog who hurt her back leg and couldn’t walk (she was in pain). While I was there, nobody even looked in our direction because my dog was still able to breathe. They paid no attention to us whatsoever, and we finally had to leave without my poor dog ever being seen! If your dog is not completely critical or near death, YOU ARE TOTALLY IGNORED!! So now my dog is still in pain, and we have to wait until Monday when our regular vet is open again. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE MINUS FIVE STARS, I WOULD!! Didn’t anybody ever think that perhaps it would be a good idea to have two vet doctors (one for severely critical patients, and one for less critical)?!

I’ve been 2 times first time there was a full waiting room so it took me about 2 hours to be seen which is understandable. Second time visiting was me and 2 other another patients the atmosphere was confusing the nurses didn’t communicate with each other so they probed my dogs bottom 2 times. I watched the doctors just stand around and chat for a bit I really felt helpless. They do help patients based on the severity but my second visit my dog definitely was not cared for at all her eye ball is ruptured and she’s basically bling she was in so much pain she was shaking. It was quiet calm when I visited nooo other patients came rushing in, after an hour of watching staff walk around a bit I left. Very disappointed but I spoke with one nurse and she was so nice

Good kind people work here. We went to the hospital because there is a Russian-speaking guy Shawn there. Which helped us a lot to translate some medical terms. Shawn is a strong, tough guy ???? he was able to hold my giant schnauzer for the doctor to administer medicine to the dog. Thank you, Doctor and Shawn, for helping my dog!

wonderful clinic and very sensitive, kind people work here. And great professionals. we are grateful to them, we had a difficult situation, we euthanized our beloved kitty. Many thanks to everyone who helped us get through this.

I brought in an injured stray cat. They were gentle with him and took very good care of him. You could see that they care deeply about animals.
